The 2026 Edamo season is underway. We sowed in July; the plants are young, green and busy becoming the pods we want to put in a bowl. There is no instant gratification in that sentence, which is exactly the point.
Fresh edamame is a crop with a real clock. We expect the first harvest window from mid-September onward, but the field gets the deciding vote. Pod maturity, harvest quantity and the best way to move a fresh product into Bengaluru all matter more than a splashy made-up delivery date.
That is why the first list is a planning tool as much as an early-access list. Your pincode tells us where a clean delivery cluster could take shape. Once we can confirm a cluster and a harvest quantity, Bino opens the reservation step and we publish pricing then. Until then there is no payment to chase and no imaginary promise to make.
