The 2026 Edamo season is underway. We sowed in July; the plants are young, green and busy becoming the pods we want to put in a bowl. There is no instant gratification in that sentence, which is exactly the point.
Fresh edamame is a crop with a real clock. The first packs are expected between 15 and 30 September, sent from our farm to Bengaluru tables soon after harvest.
