A short, clear promise

No route, no stranded reservation.

Fresh harvests can change. Our policy is designed around that reality: we do not collect a preorder reservation until Bino has confirmed a delivery cluster, and we do not hold it if we cannot fulfill that confirmed slot.

What happens to a reservation

We cannot serve the confirmed slot

We refund the reservation in full to the original payment method, or offer a customer-approved rollover.

You decline a changed slot

If we materially change the confirmed delivery window and you cannot accept it, ask us for a refund before dispatch.

The order is delivered

The reservation is credited against the pack price and the balance is collected on delivery.

What this policy does not cover

Once fresh produce has been accepted at delivery, quality questions need to reach us promptly with order details and photographs where relevant. We will review them fairly; this page does not promise an automatic refund for every preference issue.

This is the public policy for the first fresh drop. The exact checkout confirmation will repeat the applicable terms before any payment is collected.
