Our fields · near Bengaluru

Real rows. Real rain. No stock-farm theatre.

Edamo begins in our own fields near Bengaluru. The farm is not a decorative backdrop: it decides the harvest window, the quantity we can promise, and the care we take before asking someone to preorder a pod.

A crop with a season

Edamame is picked young, so each season has a real beginning, middle and end. We sow, tend rows under irrigation, wait for the crop to mature, and take fresh-drop orders only when the field can support them.

We do not publish the exact variety name or farm coordinates. That protects commercial details while still letting the field, the harvest timing and the farming work remain visible.

What the farm changes

Timing

Harvest dates follow crop maturity, not an arbitrary marketing calendar.

Quantity

First-drop quantities are based on actual harvest capacity.

Distance

Bengaluru delivery clusters are planned so fresh pods spend less time travelling.
